St. Paul's Evangelical Lutheran Church

A Small, Vibrant, Traditional Church in the Village for over 140 Years
Traditional worship is being challenged by media and personality driven religious experiences as well as a general societal trend away from regular church attendance. During the past ten years, St. Paul’s and most other local Lutheran churches have seen declines in weekly worship attendance. That’s the bad news! Now, the good news! Here at St. Paul’s our 315 active members and our average weekly worship attendance of 155 is in the top one-half of all ELCA churches. Blessed with a small Sanctuary, a wonderful music program, and sound Biblical teaching by our two Pastors, St. Paul’s offers parishioners a meaningful and fulfilling worship experience. For families, we provide an exciting Sunday School program for young children and a tightly knit group of parents who enjoy their fellowship together. Our congregation offers many opportunities to use your talents to show God’s love through your love and caring for His children. A typical week at St. Paul’s includes two Sunday morning worship services, a mid-week worship service on Wednesday evening, and spread through each month, Bible Study, Prayer Circles, Social Ministry opportunities, Chancel Choir and Bell Choir rehearsals, Ladies Aid Quilting workdays, and MOPS (Mothers of Pre-Schoolers) meetings. Periodically, Pastor Tim offers Saturday workshops for adult learners. In addition to our local programs we have forged a partnership with North Park Lutheran Church and share many activities together
